Runtime Error

Question

I cleaned out the directory where my DVD projects are stored and now starting DVDBuilder7.exe results in the following error message:

The instruction at "0x0384415b" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "written".

I have tried to reinstall the program but I'm still getting the same error. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks.

-Mark.

Was it working ok before you cleaned out the directory? if the answer is yes, then ignore my next sentence.

Long shot....if you have Internet Explorer 7 installed, go back to IE 6.

Yes, it was working but I'm not sure if the clean-out was coincidental. I'm still using IE 6 - holding off as long as possible to install IE 7.
