Question

I have managed to write a dvd and when I played it on my DVD player it worked and then out of no where it froze I couldnt skip scenes or press play, but when I put it on the computer it works just fine like nothing happened. How do I fix it?

I use the avi file on 2 video players, WMP and FLV media players, also another question I have a video with a seperate subtitle, how do I burn it into 1 dvd? (if possible with EMC 8 )

EDIT:: does it matter what format of a DVD you have? I tend to use DVD-R, but I hear people tell me to use DVD+R is there a difference in the 2?

Your set top DVD player may not like the media that you are feeding it. Try a different brand and type of media. Maybe DVD+R will work better. Consult the manual for your set top DVD player to see what type of media can be used.

If you bring a subtitled video into MyDVD, the subtitles will be stripped. If it is on a DVD, and you just want to copy it, use Disc Copier, and the final DVD will be like the one from which you copied it.

If it is a commercial movie, this software can't be used to copy it, because it is illegal to do so.
