Burn stops at 9%

I was able to get to the burn option on a 4.6g video without getting any errors. However, it kept stalling at 9%. I let it go for about an hour once then cancelled. I tried it a second time for a 1/2 hour. No luck getting past the same point. Any ideas on the issue?
