New Member Signup Not Working

There over to cdfreaks on the burning software forum complaining they can't signup here.

So I tried no go. I is this a known problem? Someone else want to try.

I tried with a number of different names and email addresses and was continually told that either a user name already exists or the email address already exists or both. I've got plenty of email addresses and know I've never even tried with any of them before. Is this the problems they're stating?

It works, I just created one to verify. There are MILLIONS of existing logins... since login is tied to product registration every customer who registered products from Easy CD Creator 4 and forward has a unique id.

 

If you want to double check, post me a few names that you don't think are taken and I'll verify that someone else does indeed have these IDs.

There saying they cannot signup as a new user. So I tried just kept comming back to signup screen with info I had already put in. Would not tell me a error or name taken just kept comming back to signup screen with info I had already put in.

Ok today it worked I used the same info as yesterday and here's what I got today.

 

 

There is a problem with the information you supplied.

See below for details.

 

 

A user already exists with this Login.

 

but yesterday all I got was this, it would not tell me a error or name taken just kept coming back to signup screen with info I had already put in. Yes all the red dots were filled in.

 

Maybe this happened to the others in the original post.

 

I have reset my email notification in my preferences at least ten times, and have never received a email this year a few bugs yet.
