download the latest update of Vegas from Sony and "Blu-print" will be an option of the templates when you output your video, it's not a plug in, it's just a template built into Vegas 7 (later builds)

sorry the blue print is not free i wont user another solution.

With one of the updates, they added a new setting to the export dropdown list, there should be a "blu-print" option. This will export your video to a compliant blu-ray format that DVDit should accept.

Hi,

H.264= No.

Mpeg2 HD =Yes. This is only option.

Use the BluPrint option for export in vegas7, that wiill be good.

sorry, but it is free, I'm not talking about Blu-Print software, I'm talking about a Blu-Print setting for exporting in Vegas

thanks a lot for great information , i am confused ...

the quality of this Blu-Print setting is better of procoder or another encoder ????

the file product is not reprocessed for dvditpro hd ???

thanks a lot mar

The setting is supposed to give you a compliant Blu-ray file, this does not mean it's the best quality encoder but it will give you a file that DVDit should not re-encode.

All the encoders have their strength's and weaknesses, so we can go on forever, just depends on your workflow and your eyes. Since I use Premeire, I just just Adobe's Encoder (Mainconcept in disguise) since it produces decent video and files that DVDit likes. :D
