Auto Convert to iPod from TiVoToGo?

Does anybody know of a workaround on how to automatically convert files for my iPod immediately after they are done transferring from my TiVo? Is this something Apple's Automater can do?

 

What I want is for my iPod to have all my shows ready for me each morning to take on the go without me having to monitor my computer to manually tell it to Toast to iPod. Any help would be appreciated.

Well I've done some research and found that this is something that Toast+Automator can in fact do, but it relies on Roxio supporting Automator scripts, which it doesn't. Roxio, either build this into Toast or support Automator scripts, either option is super easy!!!!
