MyDVD Crashes

OK, I can't open MyDVD; I still get a crash. Should I uninstall and reinstall?

 

Hi, Could you tell me did you figure this one out please? Same scenario - new Dell Dimension Vista pc and I (foolishly?!) upgraded to the full EMC9 without testing the version that arrived with the computer.

 

Same error messages you were receiving (never saw any requests for activation though - just registration).

 

Must admit my experience of Roxio so far is not great - first off spent 2 days trying to get the cd key to work and now the 'Vista compatible' program that doesn't appear to be!

Yup, that Vista has screwed up a lot of things, hasn't it?
