Run time error, DVD creator

a warm hello from Japan, I recently gave up my creator 6 programme which worked well, to up grade to Creator 9 suite which seems to have more bugs in it than my garden. I have up gra ded my video card, uninstalled all old software( weep) reinstalled the creator9 and tried all the tips mentioned in this informative list. I have two questions, what can I do to get this software to work and secondly why has a company which I have used for years produced such a poor product that requires you to be a Phd hoder to get it to work? smile.

On the other hand I have installed V9 from the beta versions through Deluxe and had no real problems…

 

I suspect that your problems are in your hardware etc. Please post your system specs, video card is real important.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful reply in this case I have not the time or the inclination to search out why the product does not work and have returned it and found a similar prodicut that works perfectly from another manufacture. So my problems are solved. After years with Roxio I am saddened but my time is limited and productivity is the bottomline.
