Unable to transfer to iPod (error 39)

Every time I attempt to export a Tivo video to my iPod, the program runs for about 30 minutes then errors, saying it can not complete last command due to Mac OS Error 39. This was one of the only features for which I upgraded to Toast 8. Can anyone please help? It would be greatly appreciated.

I get a similar error when I try to export a video to iPod. I'm thinking there is a bug in 8.01... Really makes me think there is a bug because no-one is answering our support questions!
