Unlock code problems on installation

Help.

I'm pulling my hair out.

Purchased the upgrade from 7 to 8.

On setup it asks for the code from 7.

I put it in and the "continue" button remains greyed out.

Another message says it cannot find an elgible version of previous version of Toast to enact the update.

Yet I'm staring Toast 7 right in the face.

This is very frustrating.

Thoughts?

contact Customer Service or submit a support ticket with your CD Key... if you already submitted a web ticket, you can pm me the ticket number...
