Kev
I've clicked through to upgrade Sonic My DVD Version 6.1.1 and ended up with Roxio My DVd 9 which is incompatible with the projects created in the Sonic application. Is there a work round to this???

You'll get all the content and menu navigational stuff, but tnot the menu buttons.

Thank you - imported successfully but can't preview videos and get "80040207 Error while Encoding Movie An unrecoverable device error occurred. Error while Aborting" when trying to burn a project to disc. I'm running XP Sp2 on a Dell Inspiron 9300 with a NVIDIA GeForce Go 6800 dislpay adaptor Driver Version 7.8.1.1 which Windows says is up to date when I check for latest version. Any thoughts would be welcome.

You can't rely on Windows Update for these kinds of drivers, as they are often months or even years behind.
