I purchased EMC9 Mar.7 from roxio via download and with a CD to follow via snail mail. I have not had much time to exsplore its talants. so today I opened the program to only see this trial has expired. only then did i realise i had not received the CD via mail. when installing i did'nt have any problems or errors. needless to say i'm confused. any help would be greatly appreciated BurMar Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

You might want to browse the forums. Some suggest reinstalling the software, but if you didn't save your download file somewhere, you will have to wait until the CDs reach you via mail. GPBruce, i should have browsed first. thank you for your reply, i did uninstall and re-instal. things seem to be fine. read one post about doing a re-instal weekly,i agree with them thats bull**** however i got it up and running. Thanks Again BurMar I am glad that you did. I hope that it doesn't happen again, but it might, depending on what registry cleaner you use. That seems to be what causes the problem.
