I have installed EMC9 on to Vista Ultimate and found that when you do this the result is that DreamScene gets killed from repeating it's video.
basically, I think this is to do with the drag to disk program.
THERE IS NO OPTION TO INSTALL WITHOUT drag to disk - so guess what - yep, if you have a copy of Vista Ultimate (and everyone here in the UK knows it's twice the price of the USA - a hefty $US700.00 ) then you can't use EMC9 and dreamScene.
I guess there are other problems lurking under the surface....
It took me 3 days of very concerted effort to prove that the culprit was EMC9. Even if you uninstall the drag to disk - then dreamScene still does not work.
Even if you roll back - DreamScene will not work. Yep, its a FORMAT and reinstall to prove that EMC9 was at fault here.
But best of all, our buddies at Roxio - didn't even allow an option for drag to disk (its crap anyway) NOT to be installed....
I suppose no one has an answer for this either :-(
