Advanced pan zoom feature

Lake Nokomis

Question

Last night I tried to use the advanced pan zoom feature, but I found the "help" section to be short on directions. First of all, I'm wondering if the subject image should appear in the workspace. This does not happen in my case, so anything I do would be like flying blind. I get the impression that I should be able to direct a path and make changes along the path. I would appreciate some "how to" info.

Try opening VideoWave by going through Start/All Programs/Roxio EMC ... It worked for me.

It seems that the desktop Home button method has numerous bugs.

Your suggestion didn’t work for me. Going into the Roxio directory, Creator 9 takes me to a different place from which it seems impossible to get to Video Wave. The C:\Program Files\Common Files\Roxio Shared\9.0\Roxio Central33\Main\Roxio_Central33.exe path seems to be the only way to get to what I need. Are we working off the same version of software. I see nothing about EMC.

I have EMC 9.

Are you actually going onto your C: drive to open the software? You shouldn't be.

1. Close all Roxio programs.

2. Click on the Start button, like you are going to shut down your computer.

3. Then move your cursor over/on All Programs.

4. Then move your cursor over/on Roxio Easy Media Creator 9.

5. Then move your cursor over Video.

6. Then click on VideoWave.

Let me know if that helps.

Another person indicated that they didn't have EMC 9 in the start menu. I don't know why that would happen unless it was removed. Is this what you tried?

Go to Windows then click on start and then on programs. You should find EMC 9, with the more button . Then go to Video and then to VideoWave. You might consider adding a shortcut to your desktop. I've shown both the old and new start menu settings.
