Roxio 9

Hi I am hoping someone might be able to help me. I bought Roxio 9 Suite In January and loaded it right into my computer and it worked GREAT. Then my Husband bought me a new Dell with Vista for my Birthday that had a smaller version on Roxio on it. Anyway tonight I gout out my box and read it and it says windows Vista compatible.So I went thru the steps of uninstalling the other program Then went to the instlalation Of 9 when I went to go put in my CD Key it tells me my number is invalid, I tried restarting my computer. Did not work, PLEASE Help

Double check to make sure you didn't use the letter 'O' in place of a zero. There have been a few people having trouble with cd keys getting recognized and Roxio is working on it.

I have the exact same problem. I was given a link to download a patch but the page will not display. Roxio has not been quick to respond. If you find a solution, please let me know.

the fix is available under forums; cd key. It worked for me
