Emc 7/7.5

Question

Hi,

I am using Roxio EMC 7 and 7.5 since quite a while. Before you changed the interface of the helpforums, it was very successful to type in a question. Now it seems to me, that every questions I type in, there's no answer and I have to post it. Did you erase the database of the old postings or is there still a way to access it? I found it very useful.

Thank you

Irmi

Also, how you search the forum matters.

For example, if you type your search term in the box on the lower right, it will search only this EMC 7/7.5 General Discussion Board.

If you got back to the Roxio Community and type your question in the upper right hand corner search, it will search all the forums.

But since there are only posts since the first of the year, that might not help. :)

This is a user forum and we're not responsible for what happens here however, you are right, the info from the old forum is gone. There were notes posted a while before the change suggesting saving what you thought was important.

Some of it may still be available via google's cached files. I'm not sure how long google keeps it. But you only get one mesage, not the one before or after.
