I've tried twice to burn a full 50GB Blu-ray disc (brand - Sony BD-R DL) and both times have resulted in errors. Does anyone else out there have any experience burning Blu-ray discs and what were the results? Any successes?? Blu-ray errors are an EXPENSIVE pain...I'm reluctant to try again until I have some more advice on better ways to do it.
Both times I left the PC alone doing just the burning, I used a well known brand of Blu-ray blank disc (not that there is much else to choose from), I made sure everything was clean and I used Easy Media Creator 9. I actually used 2 different programs within EMC9 - System Backup for the first try, and Creator Classic the second. Both resulted in errors and an expensive addition to my trash! Any ideas, or something else I should be doing?? Or not doing?? Or even just some positive blu-ray burning comments??
