Something in my program got corrupted. I was getting a RoxWatchTray (or something like that) error every time I booted my system. I first tried to uninstall in order to reinstall. It would not let me uninstall. I then used Windows Registry Cleaner (at "Roxann's" suggestion) in order to clean the registry and reinstall. Still no go. I now can neither uninstall or reinstall. Further, any attempt to use the program is unsuccessful because the "certificate" is missing.
Have I just completely wasted my money on this program or is there any hope?
