How do I send a message to one of the responders to get help on my version of the issue Send a PM, or horn in on one f the replies as Ive been doing. If PM, How do I do it? You can send the pm if you wish but you are limiting yourself to a reply from one person. You are much better starting a new thread and referencing the other thread by creating a link to it. Open the original similar problem message, copy the line in the address heading at the top of your browser and then create your message using New Topic. When you want to reference the other post, just use the link icon above - the world with a chain. Paste the copied address in the box that opens. BTW, I'm glad you recognize that there are no "exactly the same problem" unless we are talking about a parallel universe. Something is different in the computer and/or the programs on the computer.
