Thank you all for your suggestions, I kept on trying but had to give up. I appreciate you help, nothing seemed to work. I have done a clean uninstall of ver9 & now have my old ver7 back. I have also ask for a refund. I wish the customer support was better & that they actually answered the tickets, not to mention sent the emails that they said they would send. This has been a stressful program to deal with, not to mention it does not work on my computer.
I don't know what I will do when I have to update to VISTA, as it does not like ver7, perhaps they will have a workable ver9 by then. PACJ
