I'm wondering if you have actually installed Toast. When it is installed you will have a "Toast 8 Titanium" folder in your Applications folder. Inside that folder is Toast Titanium and four other bundled applications. Double-clicking the Toast Titanium application enters the set up windows and ultimately launches Toast.

The file you downloaded is a disc image with a file name ending in .dmg. Double-clicking on it mounts the disc image and opens a Finder window. In that window you drag the Toast 8 Titanium folder to your Applications folder (there is a short cut in the window to make that easier).

Is this how you installed it?
