I have a Dell PC which had a basic version of Creator 9 installed. I decided to buy a full version of the Creator 9 suite and uninstalled the old version completley , I also removed every trace of sonic/roxio from my registry and then tried to install the new version but I get an error message invalid CD key. This appears to be a common error but I cannot find a fix as this is not a reinstall and the CD key for the new version hasn't of course worked.
Roxio support have provided no help and now ignore my web ticket updates.
Has anyone got any suggestions as to how I can resolve this problem please.
