convert vob to music file only

ok i read some place i can retreave just the music from a vob file is this true ive recorded my old records into my dvd recorder now i want to take that music and put onto a reg cd to play any were. can i do it with this product. if yes how. thanks

If you have the video already on a DVD, one way to do it is through the Music Disc Creator,

1) Choose the Audio CD project.

2) To add audio file, select Import from CD/DVD option. Just point to your DVD drive (with the DVD in question) or DVD video folder.

3) Expand Chapters.

4) Select a chapter where you want to extract the sound track from.

5) Click Add. That should add the soundtrack of that chapter to the list of audio files to be burned

6) Repeat steps 4 and 5 for all the chapters you want to extract soundtrack from

7) Modify Fade/Transition as desired

8) Click the Burn icon.
