Error R6025 message

Question

I read the thread, kb.roxio.com/content/kb/Photosuite/000110CR, and I am still receiving the error message. I reconfirmed all my Roxio files were enabled (they were marked stopped) and I reloaded the software with my antivirus running. Any other suggestions?

When you say you 'reloaded the program with antivirus running' do you mean that tyou didn't disable AV during the install or do you mean you got the problem after restarting the AV?

 

In general, all running programs should be off during ANY install (not just EMC). In fact, 99% of installation modules will actually tell you to do this - and this DOES mean the AV as well as anything else.
