I installed emc9 and when I try to open it, I get the "Sound Device not Installed" message. I look at my sound device which is Soundmax Integrated Digital Audio, and sure enough it said it is not installed. I used to have it, now it's gone. Now what I did is use "system restore" and I got my sound device back. Now the question is:
1. Did I safely removed emc9 from my registry by using system restore?
2. How can I install emc9 without it removing my sound device?
