VideoWave Freezes

Huskertko

Question

I know this probably isn't the correct forum, but this is what I am trying to do but, everytime I try to edit out commercials, VideoWave freezes up and I have to cntrl-alt-delete to get it shut it down.

Any suggestions on what the problem could be?

Specs are

Dell Dimension 4700 2.8 GHz

1.5 Gig RAM

128MB PCI Express x16 (DVI/VGA/TV-out) ATI Radeon X300 SE

80 Gig Internal HD, 120 GIG external HD

Have you tried to update the video drivers yet? If updating doesn't help, do your encoding in software mode. Go to the top menu in VideoWave, select tools then options and put the dot next to software. Try again.
