I need to change the tempo on audio files. Some songs will need to speed up and/or slow down before burning to disc. How can I do this? The help screen told me to select cinemagic from the welcome page in Roxio 8, but that is not an option. Also, this is going to be an audio disc, but there will be no video.

Use Sound Editor to work on the audio files. You can change pitch, etc. of the files.

 

I agree that Sound Editor should be your easiest and first choice. If you really need to change the tempo quite a bit but do not want as much pitch change as you get, consider downloading the free trial of Gold Wave
