Click the options button just to the right of "Capture Settings". Uncheck the recording limit box.

How much free space do you have on your hard drive?

First just try to delete the junk files and then defrag your drive. Click on My Computer, then right click on your hard drive and then select properties. You'll see a pie chart showing used and free space (and the size of the drive). Do a disk clean up. After that is done, click on Tools and then defragment.

If you are running a notebook, the hard drives are usually pretty small. Take a look at external USB hard drive for your storage and back-up.

What's the file system of your drive, NTFS or FAT32?

FAT32 has a file size limit that could be the problem.
