Sartori

Question

Hello

Sorry if this has been gone over before. I purchased the download option and when I got the confirmation screen to download theres two files:

One is Roxio content and the other is Roxio suite......

I assume I download both files, but which one do I install first and why is there two files?

Thanks

Yes download both (and keep a backup copy of them for future use). The one, as you noted, is the content install, the other is the main program install. Install the program one first. the content one contains additional content like MyDVD themes, transitions, effects, PhotSuite templates, etc..

There are two files, since the Content is installed separately from the Program. Burn each of those files to CD's, so you will have them in the future.

I am having problems installing the content file I downloaded. I have installed the software and I get confirmation that it's installed. However, there are no icons or any Roxio folders in the start menu. When I try to install the content file, I get the message "you must install roxio easy media creator 9 before installing the content", which I have already done.

Has anyone else encountered this? I don't have any other Roxio versions installed as they aren't compatiblity with Vista.

Thanks.
