I purchased the download option and when I got the confirmation screen to download theres two files: One is Roxio content and the other is Roxio suite...... The one, as you noted, is the content install, the other is the main program install. Install the program one first. the content one contains additional content like MyDVD themes, transitions, effects, PhotSuite templates, etc.. I have installed the software and I get confirmation that it's installed. However, there are no icons or any Roxio folders in the start menu. When I try to install the content file, I get the message "you must install roxio easy media creator 9 before installing the content", which I have already done. Has anyone else encountered this?
