I just can't seem to get anything to work on emc 9. I can't get it to see my .trp files which I use all the time. And, when I try to label a disk, I get all the way to print and it prints a blank page. It is set up properly for my printer, but won't print the label.

Any help would be appreciated. I have uninstalled and installed three times?????

.trp files? Have no idea what those are. What are you trying to do? You don't give use much information.

 

What brand of printer? What type of labels?

About the trp file: In another thread you started, a post indicated that conversion is needed prior to editing. Did you look into it?

Ok - thanks if I have to convert to a mpeg file I might just as well use convertxtodvd and save a step. I have an HP 3180 printer. and am using cd stomper 2-up labels... Makes the label fine, Just won't print

Does it print in any other application? Have you gone through the printer head cleaning option in the driver?

It works fine for all other applications. It just won't print Roxio labels
