EMC 9

When I try to start EMC9, EasyArchive starts by itself. While it's trying to load I get a message"network error occurred while attempting to read from the file d:\229f1cc.msi". It asks me to put in my EMC9 disc, but that only results in the same message again.

Try using Windows Installer Cleanup (can be downloaded from Microsoft) to remove Roxio applications, then do a re-install of EMC 9.
