There's no problem there so long as you are only running one copy on one machine

 

You will need to re-register, but the original e-mail and password that you used will do.

 

Just don't forget to tick the check box at the bottom of the reg screen (it's a bit obscure) because if you don't, it will keep nagging at you to 'register'

And, turn off that Internet Security when installing.
