ISRC and Read back

I think if you want to use International Standard Recording Code on a CD, you are going to need a professional-level recording program.

Easy CD Creator, and Easy Media Creator (the newer Versions), are for personal use.

Thanks for the quick reply, but which tool/program can I use to check the ISRC codes after I burned a cd?

And which program do u suggest to use for proffesional use?

How can I read back the ISRC codes I entered in my master after I burned a cd?

I really would like to see if the correct codes are entered, but don't know how to check that..

Tau analyser also didnt load on my pc...

ECDC 5 Platinum will write UPC codes and ISRC codes (I have never used it).

I have no idea why you could not load the Tau.

I checked with someone who says that it is possible to make a recording master with ECDC 5 (so I was wrong on that), and he knows people who have. He says there is a good utility in EMC 9 (the Disc & Drive Utility) for displaying disc information.

Doing some more googling, it is necessary that the burner can write (and read) ISRC

and there is a high-quality utility in Easy Media Creator 9 Deluxe that enables working with ISRC

I have a different take on this..........the user has already written the ISRC code and is looking for a program that will confirm they are written. As I said earlier, ECDC 5 Platinum will write them, maybe it will confirm that they have been written ( I dont have 5 installed at the moment).

The user for some reason can.t download the free Tau anylyser, ( http://tta.sourceforge.net/analyzer.gui ) which sez it has a ISRC reader that will work on original studio-based CD's (does not mention homemade ones).

Lets wait and see if the user comes back with an update.

The refs in the post have to do with reading what has been written, which is what the OP is seeking to do.
