Many thanks in advance Try to put the cursor on any edge until it turns to double-arrow, then hold down the left-mouse and drag it.

Many thanks in advance You can try what Jess said to do, but it isn't good practice to be doing anything on your computer, when your project is encoding. Encoding is CPU intensive, and you could cause a hiccup in the process, if you are using the computer for other things during encoding.

Thanks and i do understand what you are saying, i have used other software that do let you minimize and let you do other things, its really annoying because it can take up to hours waiting and while your waiting you could be doing other stuff i.e go browsinfg on the internet. Here is a tip for the next Roxio Minimize the screen. Honestly guys you know what i mean, you must feel the same

Have you tried the WindowKey+D key combo to show your desktop? You can try those, but as has been mentioned, rendering video is CPU intensive, and doing any thing else while it's encoding will likely cause problems with the output of the video. This includes screensavers, surfing the net, using email, etc.....
ggrussell
Honestly guys you know what i mean, you must feel the same Perhaps years ago when I first started video editing, but over the years of having to redo project because 'something' happened in the middle of the video, I learned the hard way. You have been warned. Just because Windows has been designed to handle mutliple tasks, doesn't mean that it works flawless 100% of the time.
