Audio out of sync

Hi,

 

Audio on DVD is out of sync by a few frames but is fine on original project. Encoded as Dolby Digital and project was compressed to fit on 4 gig disc. 135 min project. Any suggestions on a solution?

One of the things that has worked for some is to use shorter titles in your project. Take the longer piece and cut it into smaller chunks to work with. Make sure your system is defragged and don't touch the system while it's encoding.

This thread journals my process of solving the sync problem. I found that splitting the video kinda worked but in the end, it was an unsatisfactory solution for me. The thread also offers a solution for removing the annoying "hiccups" that occur just over every minute in rerendered clips.
