Burn button is greyed out

drub

Question

Hi,

I have Creator 9 Home 9.0.088 and after editing a movie, bringing up the Burn dialog box and filling all the approp information the "Burn" button is still greyed out. This is true for both the write to file and to burn to DVD options. If I choose the folder option it is not greyed out but wont do much there anyway.

Any ideas?

Thnx

Try running it from the start menu directly instead of via the 'Home' app. Yopu should be able to find it under All Programs\Roxio Easy Media Creator 9\Video.

Let uus know if that works or if you are still having problems.

Also let us know your computer specs (especially graphics and whether you have the latest drivers from the maker and also the latest DirectX 9.0 from MS)

Thnx again. The "Burn" button is working now but it just hangs at 0% 0% forever. Seems like I have more basic problems as I still have version 8 on and when I try to uninstall it from xp control panel it wont do it. Moreover, I have an instalation process that keeps coming up every time I start the program so I guess I should deal with these issues first.

Be more specific on the what you have purchased. There are many versions. Do you have Easy Media Creator 9? I've never heard of Creator 9 Home.

Thnx for replying. I bought a brand new box "Easy Media Creator 9 Suite". I am using "MyDVD 9" under Windows XP windows version 5.1 (Build 2600) SP2

The "Home" is just the launcher of the different applications of the suite.

Thnx again
