Is there a maximum number of images or a maximum total size a production can be??

 

I have scanned all pics in all my photo albums. Some of the albums have over 500 pictures and would like to keep these in chronological order the way the albums are. (ie: 11.84-11.88) and wonder if there's a size limit?

 

I also add music, transitions, etc.

No, no limit except what the disc will hold, if you are using VideoWave for your production. If you use the Assistant, I think that the limit is 99.
