Invalid CD-KEY

Question

My Dell came installed with EMC 9DE and I cannot upgrade to Deluxe Suite. I am running XP Pro with all updates and my computer far exceeds all requrements for use.

 

I have tried every solution suggested by technical support, which is very lacking, and what I have read posted here.

 

Any other ideas??? If not, I am sending this pos back and will look at another vendor...

Other than making sure you've completely removed everything previously installed by Dell (Roxio programs) with a clean install, I don't know what else you can do. Sometimes this has to be done more than once which makes it even more aggravating.
