My dvd problems

Hi I bought a Hp pavilion Dv6130us and it came with the sonic plus media center. i wanted to use My dvd plus, however everytime I use program when I import the video files and get ready to burn the timeline will have that i have used 7.5gb or somewhere around that.i have already tried to edit the style and such but movie still will not fit. How do I get the movies I want to burn to fit on a regular 4.7gb dvd. And How can I burn a video file without have a menu at all? please help!!!

Does it allow you to change the disc size? For example, is there an option to change from 4.7gb to 8.5gb?

 

I don't know about MyDVD Plus but the MyDVD program in Creator 9 has a dropdown beside the progress bar that allows to change the disc size and the Disc Copier program (also of Creator 9) then takes care of burning the image file to a 4.7gb disc.
