Editing Track Breaks

Question

Hi,

I am wondering if in Toast 8 it is possible to import one long audio file and add track breaks to it non-destructively from within Toast. This is a feature of a program called Waveburner that I use that [if it were similar in Toast] I'd now only need to use Toast. Any insights?

Thanks.

Danny

CD Spin Doctor does that with AIFF files. It is bundled with Toast.

Is that bundled with Toast 7 too or only 8?

Also I was wondering about getting PQ info for a master with start/stop times for tracks that are frame accurate...all on a single page to deliver to duplicators. Can Toast 8 accomplish this?

CD Spin Doctor 3.x is bundled with Toast 7 and 4.x is bundled with Toast 8.

The Toast knowledgebase has articles about the audio features in Toast 8. Click Here for one that provides a background on several of these.
