nomonkey
After posting in the Vista forum, I have narrowed my problem down to one thing: Roxio won't have anything to do with WMV's. If I try to convert them, it crashes. If I try and edit them, if I so much as click on the title in projects, it crashes. If I try to put them in quick DVD, it crashes. Now, I CAN play them in the media experience part, but saving them from there doesn't help when I try and load them with dvdedit or what have you. Does anyone know what my problem is or how to fix it? Is it a codec issue? Any help greatly appreciated. John T Smith
As a workaround, you might look at the FREE Windows Media Encoder to read WMV files and convert to a different format http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsme...er/default.mspx
