MPEG-2 error

I have done a vanilla install. When I Tell Media import that I want to import a video, it tells me to activate the MPEG-2 Codec. I click OK and it says "No Permission - Bad Installation". I have tried this with the antivirus and firewall off. What do you suggest?

Are you trying to activate from the administrators account? Try this first. If that doesn't work, I suggest that you read some of the posts lower on the forum especiall designed for activation.
