Easy Media Creator 9 Upgrade - value?

I keep getting upgrade ads which include the Dazzle Card. I already have Easy Media Creator 9, and a Pinnacle PCMCIA card with the DV capture attachment. If I am simply importing video and want to do simple edits, is the Deluxe Suite of any value or is it redundant? How does it compare with Pinnacle's Studio? My goal is simplicity!

 

Would it correct the MPEG-2 error I just posted?

Stay with what you have if you want to keep it simple. The Roxio Applications in V9 Deluxe are the same as they are in V9 Suite. There are add-ons like Sound Soap (audio cleaning) and extra Menus and Cinemagic themes, the DVC 90 and a few other things.

 

Since the basic applications are the same, upgrading will not help your problem. I say that without even knowing your problem. I'll try to find it.

 

You would have to make the decision on Studio 10 yourself. Whatever works the way you think is the program for you since steps will be more logical to you. I find Studio 10 very limited compared to V9 with more problems for me.
