Easy Media Creator 9

I paid $126.00 for Easy Media Creator 9. I have tried everything. I downloaded all three products included but where do they go after downloaded. They should show up on my program listings. I have wrote to Roxio 3 times with no response, Roxane is no help. I have never seen such crap in my life. I am so mad now, I just want to get my money back plus all my hours of more then 50 now invested trying to get answers. I am about ready to turn this company over to my attorney general for internet fraud.

Downloading the files does not install them. I'm going to assume that you purchased a downloadable version from Roxio. If that's the case, then they should have sent you an email with instructions for downloading your purchase. It should have pointed you to two files to download, similar to this (these are v 9 deluxe download example ones)

RoxioEMCDLXv9.05_R04efigsdj.exe (the program install file. Needs to be installed first)

RoxioEMCDLXContentCDv9.05_R04.exe (the Content install file. Gets installed after the program one)

 

I don't know what you mean by your statement that you downloaded all three products. You would need to explain better what you mean by that.

That's entirely up to YOU. YOU are the one that tells the computer where to save the downloaded file(s). I have a specific folder where I download ALL my files so I can scan them for viruses before I install.
