after emailing in for a work order/ticket (#359999) and, again, after emailing in to update said ticket i have lost patience, searched the net and found people willing to help (in a TIMELY MANNER) and FREE downloads to do the same job as recordnow9 (THAT WORK) is supposed to do.

i cannot even return this software because of the store's time restraint.

so, after losing time, money and trust i am going to dump this software on ebay and not purchase roxio products again... :angry2:
