I successfully upgraded from Roxio Easy Media Creator version 8 to version 9.
When using the new ‘Move or Rename Audio files’ utility either from explorer or from the EMC front end, the application successfully launches , but when using the ‘done’ option in either using either the move utility or Edit Tag utility the Tool crashes and the normal XP error reporting box (Dr Watson?) appears requesting the errors are sent to MS.
I see from some forum entries that there is an issue with IE7. When I upgraded to EMC9 IE7 was already installed on the system. I since de-installed IE7 therefore I'm back with IE6 , but the error still occurs. If IE7 caused the problem in the first place maybe I should have re-installed EMC9 after I de-installed IE6?
