creator 9 issues

I have 2 concerns with my easy creator 9 software. First I don't get audio when capturing nor do I hear live audio either. I do get video. Also when i go to capture video it will record for 5 seconds then stop then error window comes up. I'm using a dvc 90 dazzle hardware to capture. Running windows Vista basic. anybody run into this and came up with a solution? Don't know if it's a software compatibility with Vista or if it's a computer issue. Any advice would be appreciated. I have a Dell inspiron 1501. This software was installed along with the system when I got it

I think it has to do with the drivers for the Dazzle and Vista.I have the exact same problem and so have others.This was discussed in another thread in the Vista portion of this forum.

Best bet is to wait for Pinnacle to release new drivers for the Dazzle and then see if it works.It was supossed to happen in March but hasn't happened yet.
