Bad installation

I have the same problem with MPEG bad install, I have been on phone with support 4 times and followed all of their advice but nothing has worked. I have owned all versions of EMC but if this is not fixed soon , I will not by another one. I have not been able to use DVD burner for two months. Fix this issue! Frotata

I have tryed numerous times to install. No success - even trying numerous reinstall routines received from tech support. I believe they do not know how to solve this situation and are hoping that something we try will eventually fix their problem.

I guess they had you do the clean uninstall/install? That's the only thing that worked for me but I had to do this 3 times and I do know it is a PITA!
