Sound Soap

I have just installed EMC 9 with Sound Soap. EMC 9 appears to be working fine but I have yet to eplore all its options. When I open Sound Soap I get the activation window. I paste the key that was sent to me by roxio and my email address but when I hit the activate button I get a message saying that the key they have sent me is invalid. I have checked to see that the key I have tried is exactly as I have received from Roxio. I have opened a ticket but lord knows how long that will take. The last ticket I opened for a problem I had with an earlier version of EMC was closed without it being resolved.

They aren't. Somewhere in these forums is a post that tells how to do it. Browse the forum. I would find it, but I haven't the time right now.

Nope. It only tells you how to activate. I don't care how much you try. It won't work if your key is INVALID.

That is exactly the error message you will get if you do not select the correct item in the list to 'activate'. Make sure you have selected SoundSoap 2.0 SE.

Did you get two different keys from Roxio? One for the Roxio Suite and one for Sound Soap.

Yes I did and I have tried to use the Sound Soap Key.
