Burning DVD with Menu

BartMelton

Question

So, I've read all of the instructions, and stilll feel like I'm supposed to know something that's not included with the Toast Help. don't get me wrong...I really like Toast...Have used it for years with Audio CD's, but now with Video stuff....

Anyway, I can't figure out how to produce a DVD video that has a picture I select in a menu that I've selected. There seems to be no way to move that information to the Content area. I don't want chapter markers...I don't want scene selection...I just need a simple opening frame that will stay on the screen until I hit play.

Any help would be greatly appreciated...Got a deadline tomorrow morning, and I'm just trying to dress this one up a bit.

Thanks

Click on the thumbnail image itself for your movie title in the Toast Video window. A scroll bar appears below so you can scroll to other frames in the video as your menu image. If this is not an MPEG video you also should be able to click the Edit button next to the title, click the Video tab in the window that appears and use the scroll bar and "Set Button Picture" option that appears there. If you don't see a Video tab in that window then you must do the thumbnail frame selection as I first explained.
